We need you!!

While HCA is extremely fortunate to have a team of dedicated Board members, there are many aspects of the organization that rely on parent volunteers to make things happen.  We are all in this together and want the best for our athletes.

Each Family will be required to submit a post-dated (December 1, 2022) $50 Volunteer Check. The check will only be cashed at the end of the season if Volunteer requirements were not met.  If the volunteer check is not turned in HCA reserves the rights to have that athlete sit until it is received.

Each Family must Volunteer 5 hours per season (5 hours per family no matter how many athletes). 

The link for Dibs will be updated regularly. Volunteer hours are on a “First Come First Served” basis. We will send out reminders and updates for sign-ups throughout the season. 
It is your responsibility to hold on to your card and get it signed after each volunteer opportunity. If you have any questions, please reach out to Brenda at Brenda@huntleycheer.org. In the event that you can not make a time please reach out to Brenda so we can fill that spot asap.

Please do not assume something you help with is counted as a volunteer hour. If the hour is not on Dibs, please make sure you have gotten it approved by a board member.
